We will inform you if a Product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.

If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address you have given us on registration or on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days.
3.5	If the Product you ordered is unavailable, we may provide to you a substitute of an equivalent quality and price but the same general description (‘Substitute Product’).

4.2	Under the distance selling regulstions 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to personal items, goods, that by their nature, cannot be returned or items made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items such as earrings and cosmetics that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned; perishable goods (eg food and flowers), and newspapers/magazines. Please note Sex toys and items of lingerie with a crotch area (including lingerie sets) are classed as personal items and cannot be exchanged or refunded due to health and hygiene restrictions. To cancel, you can email us or write to us within 7 days of delivery of your items. You must take good care of the items and must not use them. Items MUST be returned to us in the condtion in which they were received. Any free gifts accompanying the item must also be returned. Please retain proof of postage and be aware that it is your responsibility to pay the return postage. All monies paid by you (excluding postage costs and restocking fee of £2.95) under the contract for the goods will be refunded to you as soon as possible up to a maximum of 30 days. 16.	Same Day Despatch
	95% of all orders are despatched on the day they are ordered (before 3pm). Occasionally an item may be out of stock, especially during busy times of the year, so please allow 14 days for delivery. Please note, any orders returned to us by Royal Mail because they have not been collected after attempted delivery will incur repostage costs.
