Price Promise

We promise to refund the difference if you find a sex toy cheaper on another UK based site. If you have purchased a sex toy from Soundsnaughty and then find it cheaper on another UK site please let us know with details below:

First of all you need to notify Soundsnaughty that you have seen the sex toy cheaper elsewhere.

Please email customer services and submit all the information below and we'll do the rest.

• Your Order Number
• Your Surname 
• The product Code of the item that you have seen at a cheaper price
• The URL (website) address of the cheaper sex toy
• The date that you found the cheaper item.

We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your findings and then refund your card or send you a credit note, whichever you prefer.

To see if you qualify please read the notes below:

• The Web Site must be a UK based VAT registered company. We only accept companies trading within the UK Law
• Items on sale or high street Sex Shops do not qualify.
• To achieve the price promise refund you must notify Soundsnaughty.com within 48 hours of your purchase.
• It can not be on an auction site such as eBay
• The items that have been noted cheaper, the Online Shop must have the items in stock so the order is dispatched the same day.

This refund policy is only available for Sex Toys.
