Step 1 - Bra Size Place a flexible the tape measure around the rib cage immediately under the bust and measure in centimeters. When you have your size under the bust you can revert to our table below which will convert your measurement in centimeters to your Bra size (cup in the next stage).

Step 2 - Cup Size This time measure around the bust at the largest part ensuring that the tape is level all the way around the body (make sure to use centimeters). You can then check your Bra size on the left with the next measurement to work out your cup size using the next chart below.
